Value Retail implemented Oracle Fusion Applications some years ago, but were keen to understand how to best make use of the Analytics Tools that come with the Application set, primarily OTBI.
With a small team responsible for Reporting and Analytics, Value Retail really need external expertise to enable the more junior members of the team to grasp the concept of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), how to create bespoke reports, how to the find the data, to understand the data structures and to create and manipulate dashboards for the user community to gain real time date aimed at their needs.
As Fudge already has bespoke Training Courses across the Analytics suite, we were able to quickly schedule the relevant training for the staff required.
It was quick and easy for Vaue Retail to confirm their training needs, as they were able to review the existing course outlines. Once the training needs were clear and agreed, the training was scheduled access granted to our trainer. As the training would be using Value Retail’s system and their data, making the course highly relevant to the trainees.
Training was delivered in a timely manner. Along with subsequent mentoring support.
This quick, cost-effective training was well received, so much so that Value Retail has asked for further training for additional team members. There was minimal time required to build the training materials, as this course is from the existing library from Fudgelearn.
