Course delivery
For 2 hours per day over 20 days, we will deliver a training course that is designed specifically for organisations who are transitioning from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud ERP, leveraging existing EBS knowledge and translating this into the world of Oracle Cloud ERP.
Delivered in the form of project-based learning and mentoring. Core training covers:
Cloud Financials – GL, AP, AR, CM, Reporting, Integrations and some elements of HCM. (Additional Modules available upon request – subject to scoping & pricing). Plus access to over 1700 supporting documents.
Course delivery
Your Fudgelearn Trainer will act as Project Manager and Mentor for the duration of the training delivery, structuring the plan, the deliverables, along with tasks to be completed by certain dates. Delivery will take place in the form of daily live virtual sessions and a blend of pre-recorded video content and project-based tasks. It is possible to break the delivery into streams for example: Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, etc.
Cloud ERP environment
A customer test environment will be required for the delivery of the training as well as sample data that can be used by the class.

Who is this course suitable for?
Delegates must have existing ERP knowledge to enrol in this class. Knowledge of Oracle EBS or alternative ERP solution such as SAP, JDE or Peoplesoft and supporting processes who wish to learn Oracle Cloud ERP and part of a project delivery team, being supported by either Oracle or a System Integrator.
Post-course mentoring
Post-course mentoring is to ensure the learning has been applied in the correct way as well as providing additional expert support to the delegates, therefore enhancing their confidence.
These mentoring days can be used to support workshop delivery, support requirement clarifications, underpin design discussions with a system integrator or add value in a steering committee meeting, for example.
Annual support
Our support agreement takes the heavy lifting of reviewing quarterly update release documents and subsequent impact analysis thereafter. We will provide you with these regular findings and recommendations along with subsequent knowledge transfer to underpin your organisational understanding and needs.
