Over the years, we have developed a huge amount of Training Content, much of which covers the standard processes that most Oracle users adopt. This has formed the backbone of our end user course library, the materials are role based and related to specific system & business processes. All of which the users must understand when moving to a new system.
We are able to streamline user training by tailoring these standard materials to our customers, incorporating additional information such as; Configurations, Integrations, Policies, company language and procedures specific to individual companies.
We then apply our full training framework to develop and then deliver the training for our customer, a basic version of the framework is presented below:
